Who We Are
The EnAbility platform aims to equip people with disabilities around the world with tools and skills necessary to join the workforce. By creating an outlet for people with disabilities to offer their invaluable and often overlooked talents to a global audience, we hope to build a more equitable world and help employers discover the capable contributors they’re missing.

Engagement
We seek empower jobseekers with disabilities to find and cultivate unique strengths through specialized workshops (e.g., Canva design, data literacy, presentation skills) run by our tech-savvy volunteers. We encourage members to start micro-projects that let members apply what they learn immediately.
Our platform matches talent to work across two avenues: on-demand freelance work and remote corporate roles. We help members build CVs and profiles, allowing them to participate in both forms of remote work.
We collaborate with people with disabilities, our partner NGOs, and corporates in various charitable and job fair events. By connecting major stakeholders, we can guarantee equal employment opportunities for all.
